As a professional and very well established business, Pump Supplies are very pleased to announce the expansion of their workforce. Pump supplies are expanding our team and have a keen eye on helping young people develop skills whilst working with a highly experienced team that they can learn from.
We have recently taken on three magnificent young men who are working as apprentice electricians as part of our well established team.
Our reason for taking on our apprentices recently is because we’re prepared to invest in the future, not only of our company, but that of our apprentices too. We genuinely care about our staff and their level of qualification in our industry. We also tend to find that it not only inspires loyalty within our company, but speaks volumes as to our commitment to our clients by continuing to deliver high standards of service.
We believe that apprenticeships are a great way to increase an employee’s skill set and align it to the demands of our business. It’s also a great morale booster to the more established members of our teams, as they enjoy passing down their expertise to eager and keen students. We believe that our apprentices give a clear indication to our clients that we care about training, development and career progression.
We have recently welcomed 3 new apprentices to our team – Louis, Charlie and Roman. We all look forward to working with you and watching you develop your skill set over the coming years!
